I don't filter people from my contracts list anymore. The reason for that is scammers may get gear cheaply via scamming and hence could very well sell at the best price on contracts. I do block them in local though. No point reading the same crap...

Do you actually get a warning when trying to take a cap into highsec? EG "The gate will not allow you to pass due to ship type restrictions" or something similar? Or will it just sit there saying "Jumping" forever?
